All online diet or workout plans can be purchased at the bottom of the page choosing the correct diet or workout you require. You will then be taken to Paypal for payment.  Once purchased you will receive a small questionnaire by email that you need to fill out and return, regarding some basic information about how you train or eat currently, if you have any allergies or dislikes etc. Once this is sent back over to John Clarke Personal Training we will then complete your plan within 2-3 business days as we personalise each plan to the individuals needs.

Purchase a plan that suits your needs fat loss or bulk up. Use the simple to follow diet information to achieve your desired physique. Diets include a wide variety of foods. Sample days menus and even recipes to try. All the hard work is done for you.

Personalised diet plan £30

Purchase a personalised diet to the individuals goals and needs.  We work out your macros for you and provide sample day menus to give you a variety of options rather then just one day.  We also allow you to ask us questions about the diet afterwards so you fully understand to get the best results.  We will work around the foods you like and dislike.  So this diet is perfect for you!

Sports Specific Diet Plan £150

A personalised diet plan to help you get cut/ lean up for a specific show or fight etc.  Whether your a pro boxer or cutting for a fitness show. This is the plan for you as we will help be helping you achieve your goal from the beginning to end making constant tweaks to your diet and giving you 24 hour support.  We will be with you every step of the way.

Workout Plan only £25:

Want to start working out but don’t know where to start? If your going the gym without a game plan then buy the workout plan that suits your goal and then follow the instructions. Workouts come with easy instructions and are in a simple to use table that allows you to track your own progress.

Diet & Workout Plan 4 Weeks only £125

Want the full package to get the best, quickest results? Receive a personalized Diet plan with a new workout plan every two weeks.  I will then help tweak your food diary every week according to your results so your always improving.  Included is also 24/7 email support,  2 x 30 min Skype/Facetime Sessions where you can ask me all the questions you have about your nutrition or workout plan. We monitor your results weekly so we can get you the quickest results and not hit a plateau. Let me help you without the high price of 1-2-1 personal training.
